What material do you use to make the figurines?
The figurines are made of Polymer Clay which is flexible material based on the polymer polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Polymer clay hardens after baking process. We may also use different materials for armature and accessories.

Will the figurines look exactly like us?
They are not an exact portrait or replica of you, your loved ones, your pets, or objects. I create a cartoon style unique piece based on the pictures you send me. I will put all my effort to make your piece as unique as you are, but I can’t promise they will be exactly like you. Since I work with polymer clay some colors may vary from your photos.

How long will they last?
f you handle your piece carefully it will last a life time. It is not resistant to fall and it is not a toy.

What is the size of the figurine?
The figurines are approximately 6 inches tall. Adding the base your cake topper will be approximately 7 inches.

What material do you use for the base?
I use 3 sizes of wooden base: a 5”x7” oval base for wedding cake toppers, a 4”x4” round base for individual figurines, and a 5”x5” round base for couples or children. They are individually stained and varnished with dark walnut stain (color tone may vary). We also offer a gloss white base.

Can I place the base directly on the cake?
Yes, the base will come with a contact paper underneath for protection. I suggest your cake decorator add dowels in the lawyer on which your cake topper will be.

How much is for shipping and handling?
I use FedEx next day deliver. The shipping price will be added to your topper separately.

How can I pay for my figurine?
Full payment (figurine + shipping) is required before I book your slot. We accept direct deposits. Once ordering is completed we will send you our bank account information through e-mail.

How long will it take until I received my cake topper once I have placed my order?
Once I have booked your order it takes approximately 4 weeks to finish your figurine.

What if my cake topper arrived damaged?
If it is a small broken piece you might be able to fix it with super glue. If it is a major damaged please contact us. You might need to send your piece back to us for repair.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can. However, full refund is given only within the first week after the order is accepted. After the first week we will refund 50% of the total amount.

Is my figurine going to be displayed in your website?
Yes, by ordering your figurine from Magnetoon Studios you agree to let your figurines be displayed on our website. We will only show your figurine after the event or after you give it to your loved one. We also encourage you to send us a picture of your figurine or cake topper taken with the people they represent. They won’t be displayed on the web site, but we want to share your joy.
